Shaheed Dhawheed

I've spent the last decade building a practice that refuses to stay in one lane. My work moves between visual effects, motion graphics, animation, cinematography, photography, music composition, and sound design — not because I can't choose, but because the best work often lives at the intersection of all of them.

I started in VFX, learning compositing and color grading on short films before expanding into motion design and eventually picking up a camera. The sound work came later, born out of frustration with temp tracks that never quite fit the picture. Now I score and design sound for most of my own projects.

I work with independent filmmakers, agencies, galleries, and musicians — and occasionally on self-initiated projects that let me push into territory I haven't explored yet.
